The FICO Restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience with meals made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It’s the perfect place to sit down and enjoy high quality food in a comfortable, place. Some popular dishes are salmon with wild rice, truffle mushroom risotto, roasted vegetable pasta, and a seasonal chef’s salad with citrus vinaigrette. For dessert, try our signature lava cake.
