The text I used for this was fit in creative adobe.
Bevel and emboss and stroke for that nice outline.
Messed with bevel and emboss and it look like it has texture.
Outer glow and stroke for that nice outline was a nice option.
Found these image on google with using advanced settings 1st I would change the size to 8 mega pixels (8mp) then I would change the formant of the image to be a jpg (jpeg sometimes).
