This is my title page. I used this really cool tutorial for the text, but it didn't really work out so I played around with it until I liked how it looked. For the background, I used the difference mode on Photopea and used random colors.🌈
My first category is animals 🐝 , I made the text by just using cool effects( I used the outer glow, stroke, and outer bevel.) For the background, I didn't use the difference mode I actually used the normal blending mode with colors I thought went together.
My next category is places ✈️. I made the lettering by just copying the same effects I used for my animal category. On the background I decided to use the difference mode again until I made this really cool styled background.
My last category is food. 🍟 I used the same effects that I used from the rest of the title pages and this time I also used the difference mode for the background.
To find the images I used, I had to go to google images and press advanced search. Then, I changed the image size to be larger than 8mp. Now all I had to do is find the VERY BEST picture for my category, and two backups that were the best quality. But, I got three backups just in case. Now, after I found all my images and back ups it was time to make the backgrounds for my title pages. We used Photopea for this part. (the best part😎) This was really easy I just used the gradient tool with the colors I liked and put the blending mode to difference, then played around with my cursor until it made something I liked. 😊✨ My original idea to make my text was this really cool gold lettering tutorial, but it didn't work out so I just used the blending option button and put on effects that looked good together. After all of this, I just had to put together my backgrounds with one of my categories in a folder. (for this part and the next parts we switched to Adobe Photoshop) I think the most difficult part for me was making the text's effects but the easiest (and most fun 😜) part was definitely when we built the backgrounds.
Here are the photos that I eventually ended up choosing. 😙🌸
