**Bird’s Eye View**
Definition:* A perspective looking down from above.
**Worm’s Eye View**
Definition:* A perspective from ground level, looking up.
**Rule of Thirds**
Definition:* A composition guideline where an image is divided into thirds, both horizontally and vertically.
**Macro**
Definition:* Close-up photography that shows fine details of small subjects.
**Framing**
Definition:* Using elements in the scene to create a "frame" around the subject.
**Over-the-Shoulder View**
Definition: A perspective that shows a subject from behind a person, often used to convey the subject's experience or perspective.

This is Mrs.Shurmann, she is one of the hispanic employees at Ed White. I edited both photos in lightroom (I did not take them). I then put them together in Canva and added some more hispanic looking designs.
