You need mainly 2 applications based on your type of PC. That's because the computer I'm currently using for it is quite advanced. So if you have a HP laptop or something, that's so nooooot it. I used Adobe Dimension from Creative Cloud and SketchUp. Both of these are vital in making these. You may need a SKP file depending on manyyy things . So then before doing anything, you want atleast something to render in Dimension. So then, you make your house model. It's better if it's painted, but it is still your choice Make sure it's perfectly centered. download it as a SKP file. You want to open Dimension, click import and then, that exact SKP file. You have the ability to do what you want at that point. Play around with the lighting, add 3D text. It's yours after all.
