Jude Metcalfe - 3D Models

This is a practise I did using the rectangle tool, free hand tool, and push/pull tool. To make a perfect cube type in the dimensions while making the square and using push/pull. To make the measurement in feet add (') after each number. While making this I staked these, but then I thought they weren't supposed to stack so I didn't stack them and then I realized I needed to stack them.

This is a little neighborhood I made of the different houses I made. The houses themself were made by using the rectangle tool (R) and typing in the appropriate width then using the push/pull tool (P) to raise the house for height. At the top draw two lines (L) which follow the center of the house and then use the move tool (M) to add a slant to the roof. At the bottom of the house use the offset tool (F) to create a rim around the roof by using push/pull. To add the door is add a rectangle and use the off set tool to create the rim of the door and make it pop out with the push/pull tool. Draw a line on the rim of the door and then use the follow me tool to make the house have more depth. Then to make the windows click and move the front wall anc before releasing press (Ctrl) to create a copy then make a rectangle then use offset and push pull to add depth. Then click on the wall then right click and press make component and then press OK. Then use make lines on the window again use offset and then erase the original lines. After that erase the wall and make another component and name it window. Then press (Ctrl) to duplicate the windows and place them where you want. That is how to make a simple house. If you want to color a little secret is to press (Ctrl) and then it will color mor than one side.

This is the house made is Sketchup compared to the one imported to blender. To import a sketchup build into Blender you need to press download and the select COLADA.

This is the video form of the house I made. How to make a video is to import the Sketchup file into blender and then add keyframes to make it spin. How to export a video is to (1) go to output (2) set the file type to FFmpeg video (3) select the folder you want it to go to (4) press render > render video (5) now you have a video of your blender creation.

These are my sculptures I made. The one I made with a white background was in SketchUp and the one with pink is the one imported into Blender. To make a similar looking creation try going to SketchUp randomly using the line tool to make triangles or other shapes on an polygon that has been raised up. Next just randomly use the push/pull tool and the off.

This is the video of the 3d model I made. First in the video I keyframed rotating the model. After that I made it look from the top. How to make the sculpture spin is to turn on auto keyframe and then change the rotation and how to look from the top it to turn on auto keyframe and press the camera button and then press the lock and look at the top.
