Hello, my name is Leom Perez, and I authored this essay to tell you about my favorite things in the whole wide world! That is not particularly true, I have to do this for a grade, but at least I am having fun.

I love music, it is my favorite thing in the world, and I would not be the same without it, and that is why I am very meticulous about music. All my favorite artists are technically the same person, but I still think of them as different. The first artist is Tally Hall, a band consisting of five people, Joe Hawley, Zubin Sedghi, Rob Cantor, Ross Federman, and Andrew Horowitz. Tally Hall was created when the band members met at the University of Michigan in 2002 and has been on an indefinite hiatus (Their own words) since 2011. Their first album, Marvin’s Marvelous Mechanical Museum, was released in 2005.They are a Fabloo band, which is just a way to not be defined by any genres. The next artist is Joe Hawley, who was a member of Tally Hall, but his own music away from the band is also good. His first album, Joe Hawley Joe Hawley, was released in 2016, which included all five members of Tally Hall. Finally, ミラクルミュージカル (Miracle Musical) which was a musical project by Joe Hawley (Are you noticing a pattern?) with their only album being Hawaii Part: II. It was released in 2012 with eleven songs. It is by far my favorite album, and I always listen to it.

I love playing games, whether online or tabletop, and my absolute favorite of all time is a game called Magic, The Gathering (MTG). MTG is a trading card game, like Pokémon or Yu-Gi-Oh. I prefer MTG because I find it more challenging and fun, with longer and more complex games. I got into MTG because my father and my brother were big into Magic, so naturally I started playing it and now it is my favorite game. My favorite video game though is Terraria. Terraria is a 2D sandbox-type game that has loads of gear, items, and bosses. Terraria is an interesting game that I would suggest anyone play. I also often play a game called MultiVersus, a game by Warner Brothers with seventeen characters from different series. It is a fighting game with specialized characters for different attacks, like horizontal, vertical, and both. (I am sorry for not giving better points, the game is still in open beta.)

Now I love summer and heat as much as the next guy, but I much prefer the cold, like when it snows, I have the time of my life. I also absolutely adore the rain, but especially when it storms. I love thunder and lightning, I find it so relaxing, although my twin hates it. My favorite season is winter because I love the cold and the festivity. Christmas may not be my favorite holiday, but I love any chance for free things!
