Going into the vector graphics unit we first started doing 4 gradient-filled concentric circle with an "X" in the background using Adobe Illustrator.

Using Adobe Illustrator I was able to reshape and resize the circles in order to make a face. I used the bristle brush tool in order for the hair to have texture, the curvature tool for the arch/curve in the smile and eyebrow. For the eyes I created a separate layer so they can blink and wink.

In Adobe After Effects we animated the faces to do anything they want like blinking. I didn't animate mine because I was still working on the face.

I'll explain this in my core classes section, so all i'm gonna say is that we made monsters using greek words. This is the JPG reference of my monster. In order to animate this later I used Adobe Photoshop to make separate layer and trace it. Using seperate layer will help me be able to animate it without having to move everything with it.
