Cadet Honor Code: We will not lie, cheat or steal, nor tolerate those among us who do.
Air Force JROTC is a course of study designed to teach students discipline, communication skills, and decision-making skills to help them build self-confidence as a leader. JROTC is NOT a military recruitment program and there is no military service obligation for taking this course. Likewise, this program is not a military boot camp and the instructors do not operate it as one. This course will benefit any student and is encouraged for all. JROTC teaches more soft skills required for success in the workplace than any other high school course of study.
The objectives of JROTC are to educate and train high school cadets in citizenship, promote community service, instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline and provide instruction in air and space fundamentals. To achieve this, JROTC introduces and instils the Air Force Core Values of “Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do”.
