In this class we are currently doing a project/ final on "The Things We Carried" It talks about the importance of the things they carried and the things they valued while carrying them.

In my unit final I did an original piece that incorporates fear as a central theme. I did a poem of 20 lines. In my 20 lines I tried to base it off of fear of my life as well. In this unit final fear has taught me to step outside my comfort zone and also show that I am capable of overcoming challenges when I face them head on.

In English 2 I worked on Gemini to create a rubric. As a class we came together and using a list of elements of an excellent argument and came to Gemini to create a rubric.

In this project / slideshow I will create a Google Site presenting an argumentative analysis exploring the relationship between justice and belonging and examining how those in power can create and exploit divisions among groups. The site will include multimedia elements supporting the argument.
