Check In: I've changed since I've came to TLC by getting better mentally because at my old school I was not doing well because I had hardly any friends and the school counselors were not the greatest. At TLC ive gotten better because I have more friends and its a more welcoming environment.
MLK's use of nonviolence was effective in creating lasting social change because, he did everything in a neat and passive manner. He was very inspirational and helped the government and people bring light to the issue of black people not having the same rights as white people.
