Hypothesis: if we make different the construction paper will go further 

independent variable: the type of paper 

Dependent variable: the length of the paper plane 

Controls: same starting point same measuring procedure same thrower same force 

The color paper went further than the lined and the white paper 

white paper avrege:22.1 

lined paper average: 17.6

colored paper average 22.5

this supports my claim because it is showing that the colored papers avg was farther than all combined.
