Germany developed a plethora of technology during World War II in their conquest to become the dominating superpower in Europe. The Germans were most known for their firearms and how they paved the way for modern weaponry.
There was also a plethora of advancements in rocket and nuclear science due to defecting German scientists or oppressed ethnic scientists. Many of these scientists would make advancements that would shape the Cold War into how we see it today.
