Maritime Museum Trip and BLAKE VR experience:

To support our topic learning this term, we will be visiting the Maritime Museum in Week 1 to take part in their 'Heroes of the Sea' learning programme. In Week 3, we will visited by the BLAKE organisation for a VR experience called 'Threats to the Hauraki Gulf.'

BYOD:
It is recommended that all students bring their own devices to school for learning. Fewer school devices will be available from 2024 onwards, so now is a good time to consider purchasing a device for your child if you have not already.

Hats and sunblock:
Wearing school hats is compulsory in Term 4. We also recommend that students come to school wearing sunblock and have extra to reapply throughout the day, as the weather gets hotter.

Stationery:
Some students have run out of the essential stationery required by this time of year. Please check with your child to see if they need additional pencils, whiteboard markers or a ruler.
