Dear Second Grade Families,

Here are the plans for the week.

Math-  We are subtracting numbers within 1,000.

Spelling-  The spelling words focus on using the diagraphs ar and or. The test is Tuesday,                      March17.

Reading- The next reading story is titled, Grace for  President.  The kiddos will need to be                      able to read and know the meaning of the following vocabulary words-                                     volunteered, responsibility, promises, champion, determined, issues, votes, and                      rights. The test is scheduled for Thursday, March 12.

Religion - We will be focusing on First Reconciliation.

Science- We will be learning more about space.
