Heidi Williams is a retired Wisconsin educator who wishes to volunteer and give back to the K-12 education community. She has been a K-8 Director of Curriculum, K-5 Principal, K-12 Intervention Coach, 4-8 Differentiation Specialist, K-12 Gifted & Talented Coordinator, K-12 Destination Imagination Coordinator, and collaborated on writing a successful grant for creation of i4Learning Charter School. She works with teachers and administrators to implement best practice, innovative curriculum options for ALL students.
Heidi considers herself a 21st Century education professional OR STRETCh Instructor. Her passions include differentiation, technology integration and STRETCh'ing the personal growth of students, teachers and administrators.

She obtained her Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Walden University and her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin Platteville. She also holds her mentoring certificate from Cardinal Stritch University, and her on-line teaching certificate from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Participating and earning a certificate in Coaching within an RtI framework as helped her to focus on differentiated instructional practices for ALL.
She is also the author of ISTE's No Fear Coding: Computational Thinking Across the Curriculum and has frequently presented at local, regional and national conferences. Her passions include K-8 computer programming and helping to shift the pedagogy of education to include learning that happens outside of the school day.
