My approach is to conduct a thorough business audit to identify what has been working and not working.
Taking into account where the business wants to be by a set date and where it is now, I conceptualize a meticulous strategy to move the business forward.
After the audit phase, a management report is presented and the results are discussed.
At this point, you have two options:
Take the marketing and operations strategies, and implement it using your own resources. (I design and you do the work)
Allow my team and I to implement the strategies set out. All you have to do is pack your orders. (I design and my team do the work.)

I meet with you and your executive team for 2 days of high level, Strategic Planning, in a retreat-style, held at an exclusive AirBnB.
I conduct an audit of your business, map and develop the strategies for implementation and execution. You are presented with your report during the business retreat.
All meals and accommodation would be catered for, along with time permitted for leisure.
This investment is $12,000 with a maximum of 3 persons from your executive team.
