To create an account for a student, they need to use the link below with your Window:

It will lead you to this page:

If they are already on your SSO, it means they have already obtained their email address and password from your IT department. On this page (your university’s SSO page), they can create and log in to their account simultaneously:

If they are not on your SSO (they do not have an email address and password provided by your university), they can then use this second button:

With this second option, only students who have this email domain (@strate.design) can create an account in your Career Center. If you wish, we can also open this access to other email domains.

Please share this information with students who are experiencing this issue. And please send me the email addresses of any students who are still unable to create their account so that I can look into the problem.
