The Avila Partnership formed in 2014 was initially set up to sustain outstanding Catholic education through shared practice between St Philomena’s Catholic High School for Girls & Ursuline High School. Both Schools recognise and value collaborative learning. Avila widened its offer as an outward facing partnership. a. NPQs - Avila is a national delivery partner, delivering a suite of National Professional Qualifications in association with the National Society for Education. NPQs are a voluntary suite of qualifications, designed to support the professional development of teachers and leaders.
