Worship with Us
Worship Accessibility
Anglican worship has a history of movement and people will sit, stand, kneel, cross themselves, and move around the worship space during the service. We gather to worship God together, so we do not announce what people should do at any point because what helps you worship God might be different than what helps those around you. We know it can feel weird to do something different than those around, so we promise to trust that whatever you are doing is the best thing to support your worship this morning.
Worried about what to wear?
We don’t believe that dress and spirituality are connected. While we do need people to come clothed, the details of your clothing are less important than our joy in worshipping God together.
At St Paul's you'll worship with people who dress for comfort and who dress up for the occasion of worship.
Special Services
We have special services around Christmas and Easter and occasionally other times. These may impact our Sunday morning service. Times and dates are announced in our newsletter and on our social media pages. Please check there or contact the office for details.
Baptism
Baptism is the rite through which we formally become part of the Church, Christ's body in the world.
It is available at any age.
Weddings
A wedding is an outward expression of the gift of love that God has given us.
Weddings at St Paul's are open to couples of all genders.
Funerals
Funerals are one of our last ways to extend the care of the Christian community to those we mourn. They are a time for rejoicing over having known and loved someone mingled with the sorrow of their death.
