Sometimes you just need an in-person breakdown and explanation of a certain topic. There are a variety of ways that you can access this. Tutorials are offered by teachers during study leave and most offer tutorials throughout the normal school week; make sure you take advantage of these as they are often with small groups and are extremely beneficial in covering any holes in your understanding or correcting any confusion you may have.
However, if these are not offered for you, there is an academic tutoring programme with the top senior students in each subject to help you at a suitable time.

Feel free to email your preferred student tutor and organize a suitable time for tutorials.
Furthermore, there are many online teachers on YouTube who make in-depth videos on past papers or specific topics. Videos are a great way to study but make sure you are paying attention and writing notes if needed.
Some sites, particularly for NCEA, include:
Maths: Infinity Plus One and Mrs. O'Gram's Maths on YouTube
Science: Mr. Whibley and Alpha Atoms
Learn Coach for a variety of subjects
StudyTime NZ for summaries on all subjects
