Who Are School Psychologists?
School psychologists help children and youth succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. They collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for all students that strengthen connections between home and school.
School psychologists are highly trained in both psychology and education.
School psychologists must be certified and/or licensed by the state in which they work. They also may be nationally certified by the National School Psychology Certification Board (NSPCB).

Hello everyone! Welcome to the 24-25 school year! I am the new school psychologist serving River Bluff Middle School. I am very excited to be a Viking. Getting to know and assist students and their families in academic, social, emotional and behavioral needs is my passion. I believe that all students have strengths and those strengths can be used to overcome obstacles.
Things I enjoy outside of school: College Football (Go Badgers!), men's college basketball (Go DUKE!), college and professional hockey, fishing, growing plants, waterskiing and nature hikes.
