Development Trajectory

Will has established a consistent pattern throughout his development: he has excelled immediately as a first-year goaltender at each new level, then elevated his performance to dominate that level with experience.

As a first-year U15 Major goaltender, Will was a Rookie All-Star and Provincial Top Goaltender. In his second season, he became a First Team All-Star and League Top Goaltender, repeated as Provincial Top Goaltender, and earned U18 Major opportunities as an underage player.

The same trajectory continued at U18 Major. Will was a Rookie All-Star in his first full season and later returned to set the league’s single-season save-percentage record at .940, while being named East Coast Ice Jam Tournament MVP. Between those seasons, he moved up to Junior A at just 16 and became his team’s top-performing goaltender.

Will has repeatedly performed ahead of his age and peer group, earning national recognition, opportunities above his age level, and advancement to three consecutive QMJHL Main Camps.

The pattern has been consistent: excel immediately, adapt quickly, then dominate.
