Growing up on the south shore of Long Island, I spent countless days fishing at local marinas. Beyond offering an escape from the daily stressors, fishing has taught me patience and the rewards of perseverance that has impacted many different areas of my life. Fishing has not only been a way for me to relax, but it has also taught me how important it is to keep working hard and stay calm when things are uncertain.
I bought my first guitar when I was 11 years old. Since then, music has been a vital part of my life. It has always been a way for me to express myself and experiences through art. It allows me to communicate feelings that might be often difficult to put into words. Over the years, it has been a way for me to find comfort and inspiration, as well as to connect with others more deeply.
Volunteering at the veteran's home has been a deeply rewarding way for me to show my dedication to the veteran community. By helping other veterans and addressing their needs, I'm able to reflect on my personal values and strengthen my connection to a group that is very important to me. Volunteering allows me to make a positive difference and shows the spirit of service and unity. It’s a clear way to show my commitment to supporting and honoring those who have served.
