Generator

Renewable energy is energy derived from natural sources that are replenished at a higher rate than they are consumed. For example, the rate at which solar energy is intercepted by the Earth is about 10,000 times greater than the rate at which humankind consumes energy. Moreover, solar energy is the most abundant of all energy resources and can even be harnessed in cloudy weather. Generating renewable energy creates far lower emissions than burning fossil fuels.

public transportation

Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from transportation account for about 27 percent of total U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. Public transportation is reducing energy consumption and harmful carbon dioxide (CO2) greenhouse gas emissions that damage the environment. To be specific, we can reduce their annual CO2 emissions by 20 pounds per day, or more than 48,000 pounds in a year. That is equal to a 10% reduction in all greenhouse gases produced.

plant-based meat

Livestock generates methane from animal's digestive process and carbon dioxide from cutting down forests for the expansion of farmland. Especially, methane is a potent greenhouse gas and is responsible for 14.5 percent of global greenhouse gases. Plant-based foods – such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, peas, nuts, and lentils – generally use less energy, land, and water, and have lower greenhouse gas intensities than animal-based foods.
