Recently, South Korea experienced unusual natural disasters that resulted in numerous casualties and displacements. From last August 8 to 11, due to record heavy rains, all roads around Gangnam Station were flooded, and some subway stations were suspended due to the flood. Also, in early September, powerful Typhoon Hinnamnor forced people to suffer from severe damages caused by power outages and flooded streets. It brought up the fundamental question, Why did this happen? These natural disasters and as the scale of the damage caused was enormous, our team once again could realize the seriousness of global warming. There is no way to prevent global warming at all; however, we should take a look at some cases of damage from natural disasters and think about a solution plan for it. The goal of our team is to convey the feelings we felt and arouse the attention of others about the serious problem of global warming.
