Our bylaws provide the framework for how Stonewall Sports Austin operates and grows. They define our organizational structure, outline the roles and responsibilities of leadership, and guide how we make decisions that support our mission of building an inclusive and connected community through sports and social engagement.

The official policies of Stonewall Sports Austin serve as a companion to our Bylaws and Player Code of Conduct. These policies outline additional procedures and standards that guide how our organization is managed and how we operate as a community — ensuring transparency, consistency, and inclusivity across all aspects of league play and leadership.

The Stonewall Sports Austin Player Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations that help us maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. It defines how players represent themselves and our community both on and off the field, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of sportsmanship, respect, and belonging. By following this Code, each player helps uphold the integrity of our leagues and the mission that brings us together through sport and community.

Violations of this Code of Conduct can be reported here. 

We believe that sports should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income. If you can’t afford registration for any reason, we can cover the cost. Just submit our scholarship form and our treasurer will reach out to help. 

Please note that submitting a scholarship request does not reserve nor guarantee your spot in the league, so be sure to submit your request early to ensure there’s time to receive your discount code and register. Scholarship forms submitted within 72 hours prior to registration closing are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
