🚌 2026-2027 Bus Request Process

All students planning to ride a Stone County School District bus must have a completed Online Bus Request form on file.

📝 How to Apply

1. Access the Form: Click the bus request link provided by the district.

2. Parent Information: Complete your details on the first screen.

3. Use a Monitored Email: Ensure the email address you provide is one you check regularly. All communication regarding your request will be sent to this address.

4. Individual Forms: You must submit a separate form for each student in your household.

📩 What Happens Next?

• The Transportation Department will review your request.

• A copy of your request will be emailed back to you for your records.

• If approved: Your returned form will include the Bus Number, Pick-up/Drop-off times, and Location.

🔄 Changes During the School Year

• Route Changes: If you need to change a pick-up or drop-off location, you must submit a new online form.

• Mode of Transportation: If you are changing how  your child gets home (e.g., switching from bus rider to car rider), this must be submitted in writing directly to your child’s school.
