Quiz/Test Corrections for Math & Science: If students earn a score of 70% or lower, they are allowed to make quiz corrections on the QUIZ CORRECTIONS WORKSHEET and staple it to the front of their quiz. The corrections must explain what mistake they made and explain what they did to fix it. Students do not erase anything on the quiz itself. All changes are on separate paper. Hand in quiz corrections to my mailbox by the required date.

Quiz/Test Corrections for ELA and Social Studies: Students are able to make test corrections for half a point back.
