Aspirational: 100% of students meet grade-level expectations
By 2027:
- Increase mean student growth percentile (SGP) for high needs students from moderate/typical growth (48) to at least "high growth" (60)
- 100% of students make at least moderate/typical growth (40-59)
- 90% of students who are "not meeting grade-level standards" will achieve "high growth" (SGP = at least 60)
The Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) measures a student's proficiency in grade-level mathematics across the state and students' growth in mathematics as compared to peers who performed similarly on previous test administrations.
