1. The "Big Three" 

• Rule #1: Don’t be a nuisance. Use your manners, respect your neighbors, and keep the park family-friendly.

• Speed Limit: 5 MPH at all times. This is strictly enforced for the safety of our kids and pets.

• The Grass is Sacred: No parking, driving, or heavy mats on the grass. Keep all vehicles on the gravel/concrete pads.

2. General Park Rules (All Guests)

Check-In & Occupancy

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM; Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-approved via the Firefly Guest Portal and may incur a fee.

• Site Limits: Max 1 RV and 2 passenger vehicles per site. All vehicles must be currently registered and operational.

Quiet Hours & Conduct

• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. All loud music, engines, and social gatherings must conclude by 10:00 PM.

• Alcohol/Tobacco: Alcohol is permitted at your site only. Public intoxication or illegal drug use is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. No smoking in any park buildings (Laundry, Showers, Office).

Pets & Children

• Pets: Max 2 pets per site. Pets must be on a leash (max 6ft) when outside. Clean up after your pet immediately. "Aggressive" breeds (as defined by our insurance) are not permitted.

• Children: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in the bathhouse or common areas.

3. Infrastructure & Utility Rules 

• Sewer Connections: A positive sewer seal (donut or threaded connector) is required by Oklahoma law. No "open" draining of grey or black water.

• Electrical Pedestals: Do not attempt to repair or modify pedestals. Use only the designated 30/50 amp outlets. EV Charging from RV pedestals is strictly prohibited as it can damage the park's grid.

• FUTURE:  Wi-Fi Usage: Our network is for streaming and business use. Any illegal downloading or use that bogs down the park-wide bandwidth may result in device-specific throttling.

4. Long-Term (Monthly) Addendum

• RV Condition: RVs staying 30+ days must be 12 years old or newer and in good aesthetic condition (no window AC units, duct tape, or tarps).

• Site Upkeep: No permanent structures (fences, sheds, porches) are allowed without written management approval. Potted plants are encouraged; digging is prohibited.

• Storage: Sites must be kept tidy. Do not store tires, appliance boxes, or excessive clutter under or around the RV.

5. Safety & Liability

• Liability: Stomping Grounds RV Park is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, wind, or accidents. Guests are required to carry their own insurance.
