A variety of topics will be covered in this full day session. This session is designed to support school counselors in leveraging Sown to Grow data insights to inform MTSS decision-making. Counselors will learn how to analyze classroom-level insights, SEL trends, alerts, and student reflection patterns to identify emerging needs across tiers. The session reinforces the use of SEL mini-lessons as Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports and builds counselor capacity to triage students, prioritize interventions, collaborate with school teams, and deliver timely, data-informed, and responsive supports.
