...my name is Mrs. Eaton. I created the program here at Chavez HS and have been teaching here since 2006. I have experience teaching at Dance studios, performing in and choreographing musical theatre, performing and choreographing for dance team competitions, performing in college and small local dance companies, and teaching physical education, health, and dance in the public school setting. I have a BA in Kinesiology from CSUFresno and a Masters in Education with an emphasis on leadership from Grand Canyon University.  

I believe dance is a form of art and exercise.  I teach a variety of styles of dance so that my students have an understanding of the art form and basic ability to continue dance lifelong.
