Once you have picked your topic, try to narrow your focus. This means thinking and reflecting on your topic during a time period, or in a specific place, how it affects a certain group of people or how it connects to another motif. Browse the examples below.

This article would be supportive if you are looking to explore this issue laterally and discuss it as a global one.

This would be a supportive article for any claims or opinions you may have about misogyny in Hollywood or about men in powerful positions.

It discusses how the idea of being 'manly' begins in childhood and how certain sports are perceived as being more 'manly' than others.
