Permission Slips, Letters, Release Forms
Anytime that I send home a release form, letter, or permission slip with the students in their homework folders, I will also post a downloadable PDF version on here so that if it gets lost in the shuffle some how, you are able to print a copy from home and send it to school with your child! The due date for those forms will also be found next to the link to download the PDF.
