Objective: To focus on research related to my thesis. 

Key results:

1. finish writing the draft of the second chapter of my thesis

2. Attempt to get my paper published.

3. Complete reading the secondary sources related to the latter part of the thesis.

Objective: Enrich my classroom instruction and Moodle with extra material

Key results:

1. To create at least 7 videos for Moodle modules. 

2. Add ppts, Quizzes (Kahoot! etc.), GDs, interactive whiteboards, handouts, worksheets, and other online resources to classroom instruction.
   
   
   

 Objective: Reach my language learning and reading goals

Key results:

1. Reach Diamond League in Duolingo and acquire fluency in Russian

2. Read Girard's corpus. 

OKR 2023-24, Even Semester

Objective: To focus on PhD research. 

Key results:

1. Finish writing the 3rd and 4th Chapters of the Thesis

2. Complete the research progress seminar

3. Read the secondary sources for the 3rd Chapter

Objective: Enhance the teaching and learning process in and out of the classroom.

 Key results:

1. Attain 100% coverage on Moodle for all the classes

2. Involve students in Moodle resource creation.

3. Incorporate quizzes, search tools, apps, MOOCs, and other types of resources or activities on Moodle and classroom interaction. 

4. Implement intervention measures for students lacking proficiency in English.

Objective: Initiate extension activities. 

 Key results:

1. Deliver an extension lecture 

2. Arrange for a guest lecture in the college

OKR 2022-23, Odd Semester

Objective: To accelerate research work

Key results:

1. Finish at least  one chapter of my thesis.

2. Finish the drafts of two papers and try to publish one if possible. 

Objective: Increase Club activities of Dramatis

Key results:

1. Stage a play during this semester.

2. Organize a workshop for the students which would give them practical experience.

OKR 2022-23, Even Semester

Objective: To scale up research work

1. Complete the research design draft.

3. Publish two research papers.

Objective: Reach activity goals of the Dramatis club.

Key results: 

1. Organize acting workshops for the members with an alumni resource person.

2. Another workshop with a person the film industry.

2. A collaboration with another club for an event.

Objective: To add additional aspects to classroom instruction.

Key results:

1. Encourage students learning by connecting contemporary events and contexts to classroom

discussions.

2. Incorporate techniques of writing, reading, research and analysis into the syllabus.

Objective: Academic writing and Research work

Key results:

1. Writing papers and publishing them on topics related to my PhD.

2. Turn the focus to thesis writing.

Objective: To become technologically adept in online teaching

Key results:

1. Improve my knowlegde on online teaching through online resourcesn (videos, workshops &

other material) and come up with innovative ideas to enrich online learning.

2. Learn to operate atleast two different video editing software and other software and share my

knowledge in the department.

Objective: Increase Reseach work

Key results:

1. Write papers and present them at conferences and publish them.

2. Read 30 books related to my PhD topic and Thesis writing.
