By giving students Practical exposure along with theoretical knowledge through assignments after every unit.
By conducting 1 flip class per unit for each subject.
By implementing case method pedagogy in my teaching approach.
By regularly assessing student learning through class tests and evaluations.
To enhance my knowledge and research skills
By publishing at least 1 research paper in a Scopus indexed journal and 1 in a UGC approved journal within a year.
By completing at least one certificate course relevant to the subjects I am teaching this semester.
To organize an Intercollege Quiz series
By finalizing the topics for the quiz by February 20th, 2023.
By preparing the invitation and quiz materials by February 24th, 2023.
By successfully conducting the quiz series on or before March 3rd, 2023.
To provide Certificate Course on “Income Tax”
By developing a comprehensive curriculum for a 30-hour certificate course on Personal Taxation by February 1st 2023.
By providing students with hands-on training and practical exercises to supplement the theoretical knowledge.
By issuing certificates to all students who complete the course successfully.
To contribute to Equal Opportunity Cell
By actively participating in the activities and initiatives of the Equal Opportunity Cell.
By organizing at least 2 events per semester that promote diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities.
