Objective: Enrich my classroom instruction and Moodle with extra material
Key results:
· To create at least 10 audios for Moodle modules.
· Add handouts, notes and other online resources to classroom instruction.
Objective: To improve my English Language skills for communication, translation and to Reach out to students in English and other regional languages.
Key Results:
· will read the book (कार्यालय प्रवीणता) to expand my translation vocabulary (Hindi & English).
· will watch educational videos to improve my speaking and listening skills.
Objective: To inspire students to communicate, think, comprehend the nuances of the international Language and culture.
Key Results:
· Celebrate events like “INTERNATINAL MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY” (21st FEBRUARY 2024) to recognize the languages and multilingualism.
· Encourage students to indulge in translation and creative writing practices like poetry, story writing, dialogue writing etc.

I will read the book (कार्यालय प्रवीणता) to expand my translation vocabulary (Hindi & English).
I will watch educational videos to improve my speaking and listening skills.
Objective: To inspire students to communicate, think, comprehend the nuances of the national Language (हिंदी)
Key Results:
Celebrate events like ‘Hindi Divas’ (14th September 2023) to spread the culture of national wisdom.
Encourage students to indulge in translation and creative writing practices like poetry, story writing, dialogue writing etc.
