हिंदी दिवस 2025

The Department of English and Languages organized Hindi Diwas 2025 on 12th September 2025 at Theatrix under the coordination of Dr. Akshara Singh. The celebration began with a high-energy opening dance performance that set the tone for the evening. It was followed by Poetry Unplugged, where students presented powerful recitations reflecting the richness of Hindi literature. The Ramp-off Extravaganza added a unique cultural dimension by showcasing elegance, confidence, and creativity. The special highlight of the evening was the faculty presentation of the iconic song “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara”, which symbolized national unity and cultural harmony. The celebration of Hindi Diwas 2025 was a resounding success.

हिंदी दिवस 2024

Hindi Diwas was celebrated by the Department of English and Languages On September 13th 2024, highlighting our college values of Integrity, happiness and Respect. Dr. Akshara Singh coordinated the entire event. The event brought together faculty and students to commemorate the importance of Hindi in our diverse cultural landscape. Faculty members and students delivered insightful speeches and presentations about the history, significance, and contribution of Hindi language and literature to our national identity.

Mother Language Day 2024

International Mother Language Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and on February 21st in St. Mary’s College, Yousufguda, Hyderabad by department of Languages. Faculty and students came together to recognize the importance of linguistic diversity of mother languages. A series of language-themed events and activities were organized like Dance, Fashion Show, Who am I?, Speak me, Kahoot Quiz, Translate me etc. Students participated in language-centric performances, promoting a sense of pride and connection to their linguistic roots.

हिंदी दिवस was celebrated by the Department of English and Languages On September 14 th 2023, highlighting our college values of Integrity, happiness and Respect. Dr. Akshara Singh coordinated the entire event. The event featured captivating extraordinary performances like प्रश्नोत्तरी, पहचानो कौन, नृत्य, मैं हिंदी हूँ, कविता-पाठ, भाषण, पहेलियाँ, गीत, नाटक, शायरी to showcase the richness of Hindi language, culture and भारत की संस्कृति. This event served as a reminder of the rich linguistic diversity that strengthens our nation’s cultural fabric.
