Parking at the University Inn and on College Avenue for the Alexander Library: For parking at the University Inn (lot 82) be sure to register your car at the front desk.
Attendees  in the Alexander Library may park in Lots 26, 30 & the College Avenue Deck. Use the below link to register, if you need to park on campus, and enter an email address to receive a confirmation. Until this process is completed your car is not registered and you may receive a citation. Free Campus Bus: Catch the EE Bus at the Katzenbach stop, on our side of Ryders Lane and the other side of the parking lot, just before Ryders Lane turns right.  The bus will take you through the Douglass Campus and downtown New Brunswick, then past the Rail Station.  Get off at the 8th stop, the Student Activities Center (the SAC), the stop after the Zimmerli Art Museum, on George St. on the College Ave. Campus.  To go to Panera for breakfast, stay on the bus as it loops around the library and get off at the College Ave. Gym stop.  Panera will be at the far end of the Student Center.
        To return to the University Inn by bus from College Ave., board the EE at the Gym stop.  The bus will take you through downtown New Brunswick and counter-clockwise around Douglass and Cook Campus.  Katzenbach will be your 12th stop from the Gym stop, then walk across the lot to the Inn.
            The F Bus also takes you between Katzenbach and College Ave., with fewer stops and avoiding downtown New Brunswick.
        None of the campus buses connect to Somerset St.  A walk from the Library is 20 minutes, but much further from the University Inn.

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

Hotel Reservations can only be made through AHEA through the link below.

Rate for the room is $ 135.00 per night. All rooms have two double beds, there are no single rooms. It is possible to share the room with another conference attendee to lower cost. You can consult the list of speakers posted on the website to find a roommate. It is the responsibility of roommates to agree on how they will share the costs and who will make the reservation and payments. Only one of the people sharing a room should submit this form.

The rooms will ONLY be available for three nights (May 2, 3, 4).

Most attendees to the conference will be staying at this location.

Our Thursday evening program will be held in the Inn.

Transportation will be available – the RUTGERS intercampus bus to the location of the conference.

Assistance for transportation will be provided to all venues of the conference.

No breakfast will be made available at the Inn, but refrigerators will be available.

Internet and office services are available.

Access from train or bus station is easy by bus or taxi.

There are ONLY 32 rooms available at this location, reserve as early as possible.

Early registration is recommended.

50 % nonrefundable deposit will be required at registration or one can pay the full amount.

Full payment, nonrefundable, is required by April 1, 2024.
