Meet Mrs. Eckstein

My name is Amy Eckstein, and I have been an educator for over 20 years, dedicating my career to teaching within the Diocese of Peoria. 

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Illinois and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Illinois State University. 

In addition to my passion for teaching, I enjoy traveling and reading.
