Heather Groehler

Hello, my name is Heather Groehler and I am the 3K-8th grade general music teacher. I am excited to begin my twelfth year at St. Mary Parish School. I am a graduate of Viterbo University with a degree in Music Performance, Piano Pedagogy and a Church Music Minor. Later on I went back to school to receive my teaching license in general music. I am also a member of the Chant Claire Choral Ensemble.

Prior to teaching at St. Mary, I spent two years in urban education. Catholic education has always been an important part of my life and so I am thrilled to continue my teaching career at a strongly faith-based school. I am excited to have all three of my sons, Joseph, Benny and Daniel attend St. Mary Parish School.

In my free time I enjoy learning to play new instruments, hiking, traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
