Meet Miss Werfelman!

This is my third year at St Mary's ES but with over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood education, teaching children from birth through elementary school, this year should be a blast. I am excited to be teaching Kindergarten through 6th grade Spanish and taking on Middle School Latin too!

I hold my Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Fredonia in Theatre; I earned my Master of Education degree from Grand Canyon University in Early Childhood Education.

I am a member of the International Education Honor Society, Kappa Delta Pi. I am also a member of Alpha Phi Omega Community Service Fraternity, volunteering on the National Membership Committee Education Team. I currently serve as President of Country Dance*New York and volunteer with the Dance Flurry Organization. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, and travel. I live on the south shore with my family and our sassy mini Schnauzer, Shotzi.
