Computer Inputs and Outputs

For this activity, we labeled all of the Inputs and Outputs of the photograph provided to us from our mentor and we wrote down multiple possible inputs and outputs of a computer. Individually we had to write down our own ideas for inputs and outputs, and they were reviewed by our mentor to be added to the list. For the second part of the project we had to download the image to our drive and edit it with Google Drawings. We labeled the visible inputs and outputs on the image. We were able to use any style to label as it was different for each student.

6th Grade: U1L05 Activity Guide - Inputs and Outputs

We used DELL Optiplex GX280 with an Intel Pentium processor, 4 GB of Random Access Memory, 39 GB hard drive. computers running a Linux distribution named "Ubuntu". We used one of the photos of the DELL computer to label all of the inputs and outputs with Google Drawings.

I enjoyed this activity because it made me think more about what I use when I use a computer.
