Talk about your worries and how to feel better
One way to reduce stress can be the utilization of gratitude journaling. Gratitude journals make us reflect on the things we have in life and the experiences we've had and appreciate them. Gratitude can extend to people, places, pets, experiences both positive and challenging. The following journals can be used by your student to practice gratitude. They also include spaces to draw. More information on gratitude journals is available here https://www.scholastic.com/parents/books-and-reading/raise-a-reader-blog/gratitude-journal-for-kids.html
