Staff engage in Learning Walks across the whole school with an aim to sharing practice and growing teacher expertise. The Walks help us to help comfortable about learning together. Our practice and our classrooms are open and welcoming. Data gathered during the Learning Walks helps us to collaboratively reflect on our what strategies help students to become better learners. Teachers in turn help to build an open community of practitioners, who are interested in the feedback from their colleagues and students.
