Seven of Cups

The Seven of Cups represents choices and balancing everything that goes on in one’s life. I think this is a perfect representation of being a university student. Especially at St. Kate’s with our liberal arts education, we are forced to balance many things and a lot of times have a hard time managing our priorities. I picked a few examples that both relate to my experience as a student here and as most college students deal with.

Top Left: Book: representing the studies we are taking part in and managing getting good grades and learning material.

Top Middle: Social Justice Symbol: a representation of the importance of making a difference in our world.

Top Right: Family: managing relationships and family dynamics

Bottom Far Left: Passions: Importance of constantly investing in your passions and individual goals in life

Bottom Left Middle: Clock: Time management and fitting everything into your schedule.

Bottom Right Middle: Brain: Managing your mental health even when there is so much going on in our lives

Bottom Right: Money: Working to make money for the future and managing cost of living and receiving this education
