If you are unable to find an organization on campus that matches your interests, Student Center and Activities is happy to help you start your own organization. New charters are always welcome to begin completing the new club charter request at any time during the year. New charter requests are only accepted at the beginning of each academic year.
To start a new club, you will need complete this checklist:
New clubs must have at least five interested members
Establish at least one St. Kate's faculty/staff member as an advisor
Create a constitution to begin the chartering process
Complete the new club chartering request form before Fall Break
The chartering process is led by the Student Senate, in particular, by the Senate Organizational Affairs committee. Please contact them with questions at senateorgaffairs@stkate.edu.
