The SJS Portal app is the main communication tool used by the school to keep parents informed, engaged and up-to-date with their child’s progress at St. Julian's.
It gives you access to information such as key dates, plus your child’s timetable, their attendance data and any rewards or sanctions given, as they happen. You will also find newsletters and permission request forms inside the app.
As a smart digital communications tool, SJS Portal can be accessed as a mobile app or parents can simply login to a web platform.
All families receive an enrolment email containing details of how to register and access the SJS Portal app. A unique and secure login for your account will also be supplied.
Visit the SJS Portal website or download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Click or tap on Enrol and then enrol using the enrolment code sent to you by email.
When prompted, confirm your email address and phone number – you will then be sent a PIN by email or SMS.
Enter the PIN, when prompted, into the app or web page.
Create a password, log in and enjoy!
The Home Learning section in the SJS Portal App shows all the Classwork in a student's Google Classroom across all their classes.
This provides a valuable insight into learning for parents, allowing you to:
Participate in your child’s learning.
Have oversight of work set in Google Classroom.
Help your child manage deadlines.
View the current submission status of an assignment (To-do / Overdue / Done).
