The Pre-K Curriculum at SJR

Your child will be learning religion, pre-reading, pre-writing and emergent math skills as outlined in the curriculum of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia located here and based on the Early Childhood Standards of the State of Pennsylvania .  We will integrate topics related to history and science during our days.  In addition, your child will engage in games, lessons and activities designed to help them handle the ups and downs that naturally occur while developing the social skills to be a kind friend, handle disappointments, solve problems using specific strategies and become more "flexible" by realizing that, “Sometimes things are different than I expect but that’s okay, I can handle it.”
